Large heated pool. Buffet breakfast good. Comfy beds, but wobbly and small. Delicious room service food. Lovely staff. Spacious room, excellent toilet, well cleaned. Close to amenities. Well set out, comfortable and clean room. Great daily tidy up. Friendly and helpful staff. a great place to stay.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk to the city centre. The tram stop is also conveniently close by, making it easy to explore the city using public transportation. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff here. They were always ready to provide excellent service and even went the extra mile to help me find the best transport options to get to the flower show I wanted to visit. The room was well appointed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the variety of amenities provided, including ironing facilities and a minibar.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to a tram stop which we used to travel throughout the city. It was also conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens with a beautiful route to the city centre for work. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
